Sauce: |
In a pan lightly brown chopped onion, garlic and rosemary in olive oil. |
Pasta: |
Cook “penne” type pasta in abundant hot salted water for about 10 mins. Drain the pasta “al dente” |
Heat up the sauce and once hot add the pasta and mix well on medium heat for about 2 mins. |

De sauce: |
In a pan heat up some olive oil, parsley garlic and red pepper flakes. Add freshly chopped tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. |
Pasta: |
Cook some short pasta (penne) in salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain the pasta while still “al dente”. |
Heat up the sauce and add the pasta and toss for about 2 minutes. |

In a pan cook the mushrooms with butter, finally chopped sage, rosemary and onion for about 10 minutes. |
