CAMP REGULATIONS
We are open
from May 14th
to September 15th
Dear Customer, our regulations are the following:
Camp
We accept reservation reservations ONLY for families with min. 3 people per pitch.
- pitch type A: > 100 sq mt ( tents max 6x4 mt. / caravans max 6 mt. )
- pitch type B: 80-100 sq mt ( tents max 5x4 mt. / caravans max 5 mt.)
- pitch type C : < 80 sq mt ( tents max 4x3 mt. / caravans max 4 mt.)
· Couples may ONLY reserve C pitches (>80 sq mt)
(Tents max. 4x3 mt/Caravans max. 4 mt) In low season, couples can occupy also
the pitches type A and B.
Couples may only occupy
pitches in their zones. Reception reserves the right to make exceptions in
certain situations.
Tents and Caravan can occupy specific zones. Please see map.
Tents and caravans can not be placed on the camping with less than 2 people.
Pitches may not be occupied only by cars.
· The maximum size refers to the tent
without cords and pegs and the caravan without towing-bar. Please remember
that we are in a forest : pitches have irregular shapes and you must park
your car in the pitch.
· We do not reserve specific pitches!! You will choose a pitch in the
area that reception indicates when you arrive.
Please read our price list and regulations BEFORE making a reservation.
Village
Reservations may be made at anytime depending on availability.
We accept reservation only for families and couples.
The Caravancasas and Bungalows are rented only on a weekly bases.
The weekly periods begin on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
In Low Season arrivals and departures may be any day of the week.
Minimum stayis 1 week. In August these two
weeks may be the first two or the second two but not the 2 central weeks.
2 ARRIVALS
Camp
At the moment of arrival you are kindly asked to park your car in our parking lot or along the road outside the camping and to present your voucher (if you have a reservation) along with a valid identity document to
reception.
Village
You may enter your Caravancasa or Bungalow on the day of arrival only after 4 p.m.

A staff member will accompany you to your Caravancasa or Bungalow.
Reception hours: low season: |
9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. |
| high season: |
8 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. |
3 DEPARTURES
Camp
Your stay must be paid one day prior to your departure during cashier hours: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Please bring your entrance card to reception when you pay.
Your stay is calculated according to the number of nights spent on the camp.
As in hotels, you should vacate your pitch by noon on the day of departure or you will be billed for another night.
Upon payment you will receive an exit card which is to be handed to the guard at the main gate or to reception along with your car pass when you leave the camping.
Village
Caravancasa's and Bungalows must be paid for in full (the whole period reserved) one day after arrival during cashier hours (9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.)
Please bring your entrance card to reception when you pay.

Caravancasa's and Bungalows must be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure. Objects found will be kept in reception for 1 month.
4 CARS
Almost all roads in the camping are one way.
Each pitch may park only one car on it. Reception reserves the right to make exceptions in certain situations.
A car pass will be given to you upon arrival and should be attached the rear view mirror. The pass is to be handed in to reception when leaving the camp on day of departure.
All movement within the camp (i.e.: getting to the pizzeria, shops, etc..) is to be done on foot only. Cars are only to be used when entering and exiting the camp and must drive very slowly. Pedestrians have the right of way. Cars must be parked on the pitch and should not block roads or entrances.
The main gate is closed to cars from 11,00 p.m. to 7 a.m. During these hours entering or exiting the camping may be done only by foot.
We regret that in high season, motorcycles are not permitted in the camping and may be parked in the bike parking located near reception.
Mopeds (in high season) and motorbikes under 125 cc are not permitted on the camping and must be parked near reception.
The above rules do not apply to employee or service vehicles which may enter, exit and circulate within the camping whenever necessary.
5 BICYCLES
Please do NOT ride your bike down the camps main entrance road!!
6 PEDESTRIANS
Please use the pedestrian path located beside the camps main entrance.
7 CHILDREN
In high season children under 1 year are not
permitted.
In low season children under 1 pay the full price for their stay.
Children under 8 years of age may not enter the swimming pool or playground area without an adult.Children are not to play or loiter in the wash blocks. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult to the wash blocks.
8 DOGS
Dogs are not permitted on the camp.
Kennels are located outside the campsite and only for small dogs (max. 10 kg). Food and cleaning is not provided by the camp. For kennel prices please see reception.
9 WASH BLOCKS
In low season guests are asked to use wash block 1 and 2. Management reserves the right to shut down all other wash blocks.
10 SAFETY
Your stay at Camping Village Montescudaio is at your own risk. The management is not responsible for accidents, stolen or lost articles or any other damage.
Please keep a close eye on personal belongings. The campsite does not have a safe. Lost and found is located in reception.
11 NOISE AND BEHAVIOR
In order to assure a maximum of peace and quiet for everyone we ask that radios and TV's be kept on low volume, no singing or loud talking. No musical instruments.
After 11 p.m. we ask that you not wash plates or laundry. The playground is closed from midnight to 7 a.m.
Young people leaving the Pizzeria etc., in the evening are to go back to their pitches quietly. No loitering at wash blocks, playgrounds, etc...After midnight, people under 16 must be with their parents.
Any person behaving in a rude manner or not adhering to these rules will be asked to leave the camp site.
12 EVENING ENTERTAINMENT
Music, concerts and shows held at the bar or pizzeria usually end at 11,30 p.m. Some evenings may continue until midnight.
13 GUESTS (DAILY)
Guests may enter the camp site free of charge if they stay less then one hour. After one hour they must pay the daily entrance fee to the camp site.
Guests may enter the camp site only if the person they are visiting is waiting for them in reception. Guests must park their car outside the campsite. Guests must leave a valid identity document to reception when they arrive.
Due to over crowding guests are not permitted to visit families on the campsite from August 1st to August 15th.
14 THE FOREST
Please be careful not to damage or destroy branches or plants. Do not cut or trim trees or plants.
Please be careful when barbecuing: do not leave the BBQ unattended, do not place the BBQ under low tree branches. Open fires are not permitted.
If you are here on vacation it is obvious that you want a natural and intact environment. For this environment to survive and maintain its equilibrium it needs animals and insects. We ask you to reflect upon the fact that we are the guests here and they have every right to be here with us.
15 Please note that non compliance with any of the above rules may lead to your being denied hospitality on the camp site.
