How do I reach the campsite?
If you are coming from the north follow the A12 to Rosignano. Then follow the E80 towards Rome. Take the 3rd exit, which is CECINA CENTRO. GPS: N.43°18.954 E.10°33.245
Do I then head towards Montescudaio?
No, after you take the CECINA CENTRO exit you will have to go right, you will find a roundabout. You must take the whole roundabout and go back towards the exit you came off of. IGNORE all signs to Montescudaio. You will find the hospital on your right. There you will find a large roundabout. Take the roundabout following directions to GUARDISTALLO. The camp is located about 1 km from the roundabout.
How far is the campground from the beach?
The closest beach is Marina di Cecina at about 4.5 km.
Where can I find wi-fi and how much does it cost?
You can access wi-fi with your laptop at reception where the tables are. Access is possible only during reception hours.
To gain access you will need a password that you can get in reception. Access is free.
The wi-fi is a special service for our clients who want to surf the net or access their e-mail. Our internet provider does not guarantee a constant or strong signal at all times.
We ask that you do NOT download music, films or other large files. Doing so will slow down the connection of the others and we will deny you access.
The maximum number of people who can use the wi-fi access at any one time is 15.
Management reserves the right to deny access to those who download large files or disturb the other users.
I don't have a laptop. Where is the closest internet point?
You can find two internet points about 2 km from the camp. One is located at the COOP shopping center and the other is located across the street at the library.
Is there entertainment on site?
During high season we have staff who organize games and sports for adults and children.
Is there evening entertainment?
During high season we provide shows, musicals, dancing, piano bar and concerts. These events take place at the Pizzeria and at the Bar by the pool.
Where can I buy basic necessities?
You will find a mini market on site that sells food and beverages and also has a wide variety of local Tuscan products. They also carry a basic line of camping equipment such as chairs, gas bottles, plug, extensions etc.
Are washing machines and dryers available?
Yes, at service block one and 2 you will find coin-operated washers. At service block 2 you will find a coin operated dyer and a surface where you can do your ironing.
What is the cost to use the pools and sports equipment?
These are already included in your stay. There is nothing further to pay except a small fee to use the tennis court and the ping-pong tables.
Do I need a bathing cap in the pool?
Yes, swimming caps are mandatory.
Is there a bank cash machine on the campsite?
No, the closest bank machines are located in Cecina. You will find about 10 banks with bank machines. There is also a machine located at the hospital.
Are dogs allowed on the campsite?
No, we have an external kennel with individual spaces for dogs. The owner is responsible for cleaning and feeding their dog. Dogs are NOT allowed on the campsite. There is a fee for this service. The number of kennels is limited. A vaccination certificate is required. Reception may refuse certain dogs of large size.
Small animals such as cats are allowed on site.
Can I use a hair dryer or electric grill on my pitch?
No, there is not enough electricity for these items. You can use your hair dryer in the wash blocks.
May I have visitors on the campsite?
Yes, daily visitors are allowed on site (except from August 1st to 15th to avoid over crowding). You must wait for your guests down at reception. Visitors must park their car outside the camping and show a valid identity card to reception. Guests staying longer then one hour will pay the daily fee as listed in our regulations.
Where can I park my car on the campsite?
Your car must be kept on your pitch. It must not occupy other pitches and it must not block the road.
May I park more then one car on my pitch?
Usually this is not possible. If the shape and size of the pitch is sufficient you can park another car but we cannot guarantee this.
If I arrive after 11 p.m. where can I park my car?
The gate closes at 11 p.m. so it is not possible to enter by car. 50 mt from the main gate, along the road, you will find an external parking lot. If you decide to park on the street make sure your car is within the white lines as you may get a parking ticket if it is not.

Are there only certain days that I can arrive at the campsite (pitches only)?
No, you can arrive any day of the week depending upon availability.
What time must I vacate my pitch?
Pitches must be free by noon on the day of departure.
Are there a minimum number of nights on the campground that I must stay?
Yes, in high season the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Are there any special offers for the camping?
Yes, in low season you can stay 7 nights for the price of 6, 14 nights for the price of 11 and 21 nights for the price of 14.
How can I reserve my holiday?
You can contact us by e-mail and fax. You can also contact us by phone starting from November from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Our office is closed from the end of September to the beginning of November.
When do I have to pay for my stay in the CAMPING?
You must pay your final bill the day BEFORE departure during the hours our cash is open: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Can I pay my stay with a credit card?
Yes, you can pay with Visa, MasterCard and Bancomat Maestro.
Can I pay by cheque?
No, we do not accept cheques.
Can I reserve a specific pitch?
No, you will choose your pitch, in the area indicated by reception, upon arrival according to the reservation that you made: IE: A, B or C type pitch)
At what time can I arrive to pick my pitch?
You can choose a pitch only during reception hours (from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in high season). If you arrive after reception is closed you may park your car in our parking lot and you will be able to choose the pitch the next morning. After 11 p.m. however no entry is possible.
Are all pitches the same size?
No, being in a forest the pitches have irregular shapes due to trees and shrubs. It is for this reason we have a maximum size that we can accept.
Are all pitches in the shade?
The camp is located in a forest. Most pitches do have a good amount of shade depending on the time of day obviously.
Why do you ask for maximum sizes for tents and caravans?
Although most pitches may have the same size they are irregularly shaped due to trees and shrubs. For this reason we have a maximum size that we can accept to assure the tent or caravan will fit.
Is it possible to put an extra tent in the pitch?
Due to the shape of the pitch we cannot guarantee that the pitch you choose can accommodate an extra tent. We can only accept the reservation for the main tent.
Can I BBQ on the pitch?
Yes, only using a BBQ though. No open ground fires.
Do the pitches have electricity?
All pitches have a 5 AMPs outlet at a maximum distance of 25 mt. Electricity is included in the price.
What type of plugs are used?
The campground outlets are made for external CE approved plugs. You must use the industrial blue type plug. See photo.
Do all showers have hot water?
All showers have hot water. All dishwashing sinks have hot water and most small sinks.
Are there any Chemical WC's on the campsite?
Yes, there are 12 Chemical WC's located throughout the campsite. They are indicated with black squares on the camp’s map.
Can I rent a fridge?
Yes, while supplies last. For prices and availability please contact reception.
Is it possible to freeze elements?
Yes, at the mini market. There is a fee.
Village: Information and Check-in
On which days may I arrive at the Village?
Arrivals are possible everyday except Mondays and Fridays in high season. In low season you can arrive any day of the week.
Is there a minimum amount of nights I must stay?
Yes, the minimum amount of nights is 7.
At what time will my accomodation be available?
All Bungalows and Caravancasas are available after 4 p.m.
At what time must I vacate my accomodation on the day of my departure?
You must vacate your Bungalow or Caravancasa by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
When do I have to pay my bill for my stay in the Village?
You must pay your bill one day AFTER arrival during the hours our cash is open: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Are there any special offers for the Village?
Yes, there are special offers available in low season and high season for our village.
In low season if you stay 7 nights you pay only for 6 nights. If you stay 14 nights you pay only for 11 nights and if you stay 21 nights you pay only for 14 nights. In High season if you stay 14 nights you have a 5 % discount and if you stay 21 nights you have a 10% discount.

No, the accommodations do not have air conditioning but are thermally insulated and the forest is usually cool.
Are water, electricity and gas included in the price?
Yes, the price includes all these plus VAT and final cleaning.
Are towels and bed sheets included in the price?
Bed sheets and towels are to be brought by the client. They are not included in any of the accommodations. For bungalows and Caravancasa Superfamilies you will need 1 double sheet and 2 singles. For Caravancasa Sports and Caravancasa Families you will need 2 double size sheets and 3 singles.
Do I have to pay for the final cleaning separately?
No, the final cleaning is included in the price.
What is included in the Bungalows and Caravancasas?
You will find plates, pots and pans, glasses, cutlery and most basic kitchen utensils. There is also a BBQ a laundry rack, pillows and wool blankets.
Can I rent cots and high chairs?
Yes, we have high chairs and cots for rent for our Village guests only. Please see reception for availability and prices.
Can I BBQ in the pitch?
You can BBQ only if you use the BBQ we supply. No open ground fires!
